Adam Garson, Esquire

With over 35 years of experience, Adam Garson has built a distinguished career representing individuals and businesses across a variety of commercial and intellectual property matters, including trademark registration and protection. Adam’s early legal career was shaped at prominent law firms in Philadelphia, and he now dedicates his practice primarily to trademark law.

At Lipton, Weinberg, & Husick, Adam focuses on copyright, trademark, and business law. He has a proven track record in representing clients in various industries, including entertainment and publishing. Adam’s experience embraces prosecuting trademark and copyright applications, providing strategic advice on intellectual property matters, practicing before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, trademark and copyright licensing, and other related business issues.

In addition to his legal prowess, Adam is an accomplished software programmer. He designed and developed a widely used payroll software application through his own company. Before starting his legal career at Temple University, Adam worked in historic preservation where he oversaw all phases of government compliance contracts, including budget development and management of contract personnel and performance and supervision of interdisciplinary research. He earned his B.A. from Colgate University, followed by a Ph.D. from Yale University, and a J.D. from Temple University.
